Thanks to everyone who made this project a success in 2006. We were able to give away several hundred dollars to help designers impacted by Katrina. One former New Orleans designer relocated to Atlanta told us that the small checks we were able to send really meant a lot to him. For that we are thankful. In 2007 we've not been able to locate designers impacted by the hurricane that are still in dire need. So we won't be sending the checks to charity from 1 Feb 2006 on.
