Beagles of Arizona Rescue Club (BARC) is a non-profit, all-volunteer rescue group which provides assistance to homeless and needy beagles. BARC does not have a shelter; all dogs are fostered in our volunteers’ homes. Beagles in BARC’s care come from shelters or owners no longer able to care for their dog. Based upon the dogs’ needs and personality, each will eventually be placed in permanent loving homes.
