" Whimiscal Artist, Paulette Perlman, has embodied the idea of women being their own person in her artwork. She speaks not only to adults, but to young women alike, helping them grow to be the best women they can be.
She travels the USA in her " Mermaids Don't Cook " VW Van, spreading the word to all girls and women.
Sales of her merchandise helps promote her cause and part of the profits go to local women's shelters to help support their causes.
