It's something all superheroes have to contend with. How to you transition from your secret identity to your alter ego and fast? Because the bad guys aren't gonna stop to let you leisurely change your outfit. And comic books are littered with characters who undergo some kind of metamorphosis, from the Incredible Hulk and the Human Torch to Shazam and the Wonder Twins.
But how does the transformation take place? What is the trigger? Can the hero simply will themselves to transform? Some can, some can't. And that's where the fun begins. What if we had a hero who transformed on some really unusual trigger? Sure, it's something he can control, but it's something you'd never expect. And that's how back in 2006 I had the idea to create this short animated movie about a superhero who's transformation is triggered by attacking his own junk. Machismo was born. ;) But since I'm not really doing animation, I decided to create this strip instead. Enjoy!
