Red Sun Yoga

We welcome you to Red Sun Yoga, a beautiful yoga studio designed for everyone, regardless of their level of experience. We are conveniently located in Winter Springs, FL, serving Orlando, Winter Park, Oviedo, Waterford Lakes and surrounding areas.
We offer 24 classes a week with six certified and registered yoga teachers and a full complement of Hatha Yoga classes, as well as meditation and private yoga lessons. We also offer massage - a great complement to yoga - and provide a center for continuing education in health and wellness.
Red Sun Yoga is a registered school with the Yoga Alliance and provides the area's highest quality 200-hour certification program for teacher training. The course is offered in the spring and fall for individuals seeking to deepen their personal practice or register as a yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
If you have never tried a yoga class, we invite you to join us for your first experience with one of our highly qualified teachers, trained to provide a safe environment for you to practice yoga.
