Building a Better Legal Profession is a national grassroots law student organization pressing for workplace reforms in large firms, including greater diversity in retention and promotion, better work-life balance, and increased pro bono. Founded at Stanford Law School in 2007, BBLP now has chapters at many of the nation's top law schools, and has published a guidebook to law firm hiring, The Building a Better Legal Profession Guide to Law Firms (Kaplan Press 2009).
