DUMBO = Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass. It encompasses the area between the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges and the Vinegar Hill area. One of DUMBO's main attractions is its excellent views of the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge and Lower Manhattan. There are several public places where these views can be enjoyed. These include Fulton Ferry, Empire-Fulton State Park and the newly constructed Brooklyn Bridge Park.
